This place has amazingly good and healthy sandwiches. We ordered the caprese and the Carpinterian. Both were so so delicious. I will most definitely be back! I wish I'd taken pictures. The sandwiches are also beautiful. Quick service too. And there is outside seating, dogs welcome.

I'm from Southern California and one of my Co- workers introduced me to Peebee & Jay's. The spinach salad with chicken I ordered was so fresh and delicious. I knew this warranted a visit everytime I come to Ventura Co. Round 2, I had the Cobb salad! Also a great choice! I want to try a sandwich next time.. I love the vibe of this unique eatery! Peebee & Jay's you've definitely won my heart!
Easy online ordering and pick up system! Takes about 30 mins to get your order so plan ahead. Sandwiches were all yummy, good size, filling. I had the Turkey and Brie which has that salty sweet combo. I got toasted sourdough but it wasn't really warm or toasted very much. Nice sized restaurant with inside and outside seating. Friendly front register staff when we picked up.
Best Grilled Cheese And Tomato bisque Soup ever!!! Seriously this is the best grilled cheese/tomato bisque soup. The grilled cheese is perfect with perfect amount of cheddar cheese and the perfect choice of sourdough bread. As for the tomato bisque soup, that thing is heaven. If I had a lifetime supply of this I would be set for life. Together the soup and sandwich is bliss...just perfect bliss. So if you love tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese, you gotta check this place out. Also gotta give praise to the friendly and awesome staff, as well as the excellent value for the food. The menu looks vast with a lot great options, but I don't know if I can order anything else because of the Grilled Cheese/Tomato Bisque soup, oh well, that is life haha!
First time but not the last time! I ordered the "Try 2" combo and got the Maple loves Spinach Salad and the Turtle sandwich and I INHALED that salad. The place reminds me of another local sandwich / salad spot out here but the diversity of combos (sandwiches) are really creative. The cashier Jazmine was really nice and patient and offered good suggestions when I told her that it was my first time. The establishment was also very clean - seems like a popular place as well. Try it out.
Great spot with many options to enjoy a sandwhich. From savory to sweet plus other options like soup and salad. Ordered the BLT, everything was crisp and fresh. Also got the beef chilli and s'mores sandwhich with nutella. Everything great. The person taking our order was nice and helpful. The place is chill and has indoor and outdoor seating.
